Dr. Freddy Cardoza serves as the Executive Administrator-Elect of the North American Professors of Christian Education (NAPCE) and as Chair of the Department of Christian Education and Associate Professor at Talbot School of Theology and Biola University in Los Angeles (La Mirada, California).
Freddy has ministered 20 years in parachurch ministries and local churches of all sizes, and has taught academically for nearly fifteen years at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.
Freddy received a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) in Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, specializing in Academic Teaching and Christian Higher Educational Administration. He also completed the coursework required for a Doctor of Education (minus dissertation). Cardoza earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Church Ministries from Liberty University.
Cardoza sits on the Board of Directors and is Vice-President of the North American Professors of Christian Education (NAPCE). He does consulting and church interim work and speaks regularly at churches, conferences, conventions, retreats, and seminars. Freddy has been married to Kristin (Post) since 1993 and they have two sons, Dakota and Christian Cardoza.
